Post 1992 BMW 318i Flat Battery

Have had a flat battery twice lately, first thing in the morning. Replaced with new battery and car seems OK. Could any one tell me how much current draw I should have with car locked and boot light out, key removed..mine reads .010 DCamps. With the boot light on it reads .664 DCamps....Thanks.

0.08 mAmps is the tolerable current draw. one of your control unit is defective causing the battery to drain.

Thanks for the information, I will try to trace what is causing the drain by removing various fuses and checking the current drain. Any ideas as to what systems are still powered with the car locked and key removed i.e. clock etc. I have noticed a faint fan noise coming from behind the Airconditiuoning panel when the key is removed, it stops after about 5 minutes. Thanks.
