Garage Cabinets, Garage Storage, and Garage Organization

Well, just joined the forum so hello, but anyways to get on the topic. I just bought a 1995 bmw 320i. Everything works except I believe the gears for the power windows are sticking, and the door locks are malfunctioning. The engine is strong I bought a new battery and changed the oil and air filter. It runs very well and I don't believe it will have any problems. The questions I have are, what would anyone suggest I do to this vehicle at first to get it running to peak performance? Is there an intake system I can put on this beast? and if you can suggest anything about the locks or windows I would appreciate.

If the windows are working just crappy buy a silicone lubricant spray and lube the tracks. Don't use WD40 because it will eat the track up.
