Post 1998 M3 with 103k miles for $13000 - Good buy? 

Owner says "transmission is great" and the car "runs great". How believable is that with 103k miles? The car also seems to have electrical problems - heater/AC turns off randomly, and the brake sensor tells the computer that break lights don't work (but they do).

If I do go for it, what kind of maintenance costs can I expect?
