Post 2003 BMW X5 4.6is

I'm trying to figure out what could be the cause of my 2003 BMW X5 4.6is Squealing between shift points on a heavy acceleration.
I just replaced all my belts and I didn't notice it doing that before. I have taken it back to my mechanic twice about the problem but every time I leave it starts up again. I hate to switch mechanics because I like the guy I go to but if he can't figure it out then I will have no other choice. Any information anyone has about this issue would be very helpful.
