Garage Cabinets, Garage Storage, and Garage Organization

I have a few queries to do with my 5 Series:

•    I have left my car key in the car and the whole car is now locked and I don’t have any other copies of my car key! Would it be possible for my key to be retrieved by the BMW Dealership or would a new key have to be made? I have checked that there is no other copies of the key and various locksmiths and breakdown companies have tried getting the key from the car to no success! What are my options and how expensive would it be?

•    The price of a reflector light from the dealer?

•    I have the Navigation option on my digital display however it says I have to contact the dealer? Would I just need to purchase a CD to install the software or would some more equipment need to be installed? If so how much should this cost?

•    I also have the Phone option on my digital display however as above it says I have to contact the dealer? Would it cost much for me to get this done?
