Post 96 318I head gasket questions.

Hey everyone, here it is I blew the head gasket on my 1996 318i convertible with the 1.9L and I am about to start working on it. basically I over heated the car, there is no sign of fluid in my oil, and I can see that I am losing compression through the radiator after it warms up. There are a few questions I have before I start though.

1. where is the best place to order the original head gasket kit?
2. Is there any special tools I may need?  (I don't believe there is for that engine)
3. and is there there anything I need to make note of or watch for in this proses?

Thank you everyone in advanced for the help.
