the complaint "moist air, laundry room odor shortly after the engine starts" is the result of the laws of physics. fluid which collects at the evaporator during operation is taken up by the air in the evaporator housing after the evaporator is switched off. when the blower is activated again this moist air is transported into the interior within the first few minutes. to eliminate this odor you need to clean the evaporator.

odors which are assigned to the interior or ventilation ducts, cleaning by means of an air freshener can be performed after eliminating the cause or contamination.

there is a diagnosis tree for eliminating the odor on your car and the dealership people should have this.
