I bought a second hand 645ci three months ago. Last week engine kept cutting out when idling in traffic. BMW have said problem related to two leaking valves which they are replacing. Now I have been told iDrive has gone blank and they need to order new part for this. Has anyone else experienced similar problems?

My Idrive has also just been acting up the last 2 weeks. An 05 645CI. 1st time dealer said it was a most buss failure. It reset it self, but left a code.  Then it failed again, rest it self again. Next day bluetooth failed to work. Today everything is back working. Car is going to the dealer tommorow to see what's going on. Let me know what you find is the problem with yours.
