Post BMW Alarm 

hello everyone, i have just purchased bmw 318i 1995 and i am puzzled by the panic alarm is this an alarm that only goes of when activated on button on keys, or would it go of if someone forced there way into car.

Hey....the panic button on remote is to activate the alarm in any situation, just hold it for 2 secs or so to set it off.
If the alarm is set, any un-rightful entry to vehicle should set the siren off.

bmwdoc, does the alarm set automatically when the car is locked and is there a way of locking the car without setting the alarm?

Locking with key will not set alarm, locking with remote does.
