Post bmw brake e m3

I have a bmw m3, with 69,000 miles on it. In the last few months the car started making squealling noises (from the brakes) while driving and not when breaking. while driving at 40-50mph and the squealling noise starts, when I tap on the breaks very lightly the noise goes away. as soon as I let my foot of the break pedal, the noise come back. The noise is intermitent but extremely annoying, and my last three trips to the dealer have been fruitless as they can not reproduce the problem. please help me.

Have you change the brake fluid? i do it every year on my m3 since the brake fluid absorbse humidity trough the system and eventialy you have a mixture of brake fluid and water... no good... a warm day the water will expand more than the brake fluid and will give a positiv pressure ond the padds... even worse if u need to brake hard the fluid will reache it's boiling temperature, much faster than if you have a clean brake fluid, and you will lose your brakes.
