I have taken my car into BMW to be fixed almost every other month for the past few years. It was under warranty and I have asked BMW to reimburse me for all my expenses and time out of the office. They claim that since there are different problems with the car and that it is not one problem, .. that it is just wear and tear. (that's a lot of wear and a lot of tear).. and that I have no case.. Unless, I buy a new car from them. In other words, BMW will only re-imburse me if I buy their product. Does that sound strange???
