Post Broken half shaft on the rear driver side...

SO I was taking a turn in my 2010 X6M, which by the way I have full exhaust on and is tuned by Powerchip... Extremely quick!!  The half shaft snapped, not off a launch but  around a corner. I have 14,000 miles on it.  Has anybody else had this issue with their X5 or if you have an X6 could you please help.  Because of my mods BMW is not honoring their Warranty either.  Any insight would help out a ton.  Thanks I need this covered under warranty.  I refuse to come out of pocket for this malfunction.
