I am new to the board, but I was surprised to see just how many other BMW owners are having problems with sunroof noise and bad window seals. All BMW says is that is "environmental damage." If you live in the southern US you are going to be in the sun. It is a shame to spend that kind of money on a car with so many of these poor design problems.

I was wondering how many others would consider being part of a Class Action Lawsuit. I was going to contact the same law group that handled the transmission issue against Saturn.
