Garage Cabinets, Garage Storage, and Garage Organization

I recently bought a set of the open lens e36 projector headlights for a project car of mine and its not a bmw. I'm looking for some help wiring them up maybe a wiring diagram or something. I know that the outter lights are the only ones on for low beams and that both inner and outter come on for highs. The problem that I'm having is only one set comes on at a time when switching between high and low, the original light harness is a 3 prong setup ( 1+ lead for highs, 1+ lead for lows, and the ground) Any idea how I would get both sets to funtion properly? All four bulbs appear to be low beam because I see no difference in bightness. Also where would I wire up the angel rings so that they come on with the parking lights and dont become blinkers? The fuse box? as I do not have a bmw to reference from. Any help would be great thanks.
