engine noise on cold starts

Post engine noise on cold starts 

Hi! My BMW makes a squeaking noise when I first start it when it is fairly cold anf then the noise goes away.  Does anyone know what it might be?  TIA

Thanks! Its a 2005 325xi.  Any suggestions?  The squeaking goes away in a min or two.  Maybe its normal for this to happen when its cold?
