How do I replace one of my front grilles?  It looked like a fairly simple two-piece assembly that just snaps together, so I ordered one to replace it myself... I can't figure out how the heck to get the pieces apart!  I have been able to get the little black plastic clips detached from where they clip into the chrome side, but it looks like I have to pry the eight "tab inserts" apart at the same time to get this thing to budge.  I don't want to break it, can anyone stop laughing at me long enough to give me a hand?  I'd appreciate it!

Hey, does this NOT come apart, but just gets installed by pushing it through the front body opening?
