Help! My E32 730I has developed a starting issue. When you turn the key in the ignition the odometer lights up on the dash but no other lights come on and the engine wont turn over. I disconnected the battery and left it disconnected for a few days, when I reconnected the battery the car started fine. I turned off and then tried to re-start and same problem has occured. I have turned off the alarm under the bonnet but that makes no difference. Does the immobiliser need to be reset or is there something else wrong?
