Post internal electronic commands not respond after 06 X3 soaked

I left the panoramic roof wide open during a rainy afternoon without noticing it.
All the seat were soaked and the rear floor mats were soaking wet, but not puddle yet at the moment I open the car. Front floor mats were almost dry.
I turn on the car and drove home for about 30 min (16 miles) before cleaning the mess and drying up the most I could with a vacuum cleaner and some rags.
During the commute home all electrical functions worked as usual.
The next morning the catastrophe started:
- No power steering (hard to turn)
- Airbag warning light in the panel activated (red light)
- Radio "disabled"
- No hazard lights indicator (visual & listening) on the control panel despite activation work correctly outside the car (same with turning signals)
- No power windows/mirrors/panoramic roof/AC/wipers
- Although fog light and speed lights on, no signal of activation on control panel
- plus a couple of more electrical things...

I took the car to the electro mechanic for him to scan the car.
First scan: "no response from the modules controlling these functions"
Engine/transmission modules responding to scan and ok.

Any idea of were to start to look for, and what might the problem(s) be?

On Monday I could get the exact scan message.

Many, many thanks in advance for your help!!!!
