wondering how hard is to find stock parts for the BMW 3series cars....

There not too hard to come by. Im pretty sure you can find parts no problem.

all of your local motor factors should be able to get you your stock BMW parts for the series 3 fairly easy if anything you will only have to wait a few days until they get them in   i had the same problem trying to get origial replacemt parts for the vauxhall nova i was running i was only needing the plastic gear retaining clip buut they no longer manufacture them and which i had to buy a full gear linkage but the parts were there in the sae dsy as i ordered them
