Post Looking to fix up my e34

Hey all
I have a 1989 525i 5 speed just sitting in my garage, last time I drove it was winter because of some engine problems.  I took it into the mechanic but wasn't able to get anything fixed, because i didn't have the cash on hand, however now I do and I shall be taking it back in.
A couple of quick questions though about possible fixes.

My neighbors backed into my e34 when it was parked in the street, leaving a huge indent in the body panel above my back left wheel, how much does it usually cost to fix that (I have their insurance information, and will file a claim, haven't up until now because I thought I was going to junk the car)

My front passenger wheel was apparently bent when I got into an accident (some bitch hit me as I was making a left turn, ripped the front bumper completely off), where could I find a replacement wheel, and also the headlight was cracked, what would you recommend as a replacement (new glass for the headlight, or just a completely new enclosure)

What can I do to the car to improve its driveability, appearance and possibly power/speed?  I'm trying to keep the costs under 2k as well.

Thanks in advance guys.

The forums won't let me post the URL, so I've set it as my website in my profile, however, here is a description of the images

IMG_9567 is a pic of the car from the front

IMG_9568 through IMG_9570, IMG_9577 through IMG_9579 documents the damage that occurred when I was hit while completing a left turn

IMG_9572 shows the damage when my neighbors backed into the car

IMG_9575 and IMG_9576 show the headlights up close (9572 shows the crack in the left headlight)

IMG_9580 through IMG_9582 shows the interior of the car

IMG_9583 through IMG_9585 show vandalism that the car has undergone and needs to be fixed (driver's side keyed, and X carved into the hood)

IMG_9586 through IMG_9593 shows the engine

Please, any help would be much appreciated.  This was my first car, and I want to be able to drive around in it with pride
