Hi, I heard from someone that you can not perform regular routine maintenance on the Mini Cooper because it will void the warranty.
However, I downloaded the PDF file on the maintenace and I did not find anything in the writting that suggest that the owner must take the car to dealer to have servicing done on it.

HI TURNER REFERENCE YOUR SERVICING DUE TO BLOCK EXEMPTION YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED ANYWHERE PREHAPS THIS IS SOMETHING YOU SHOULD LOOK INTO!!

Hi,maybe you can repair it at a bmw repair shop,there are many repair shop around my place.
And also you can buy a tool on website,but you need have a professional technical support.
