You need to dry them out. You could try a hairdryer but be careful not to discolour the lens. Alternatively, you could melt the seal that holds the lens in place, dry it all out then reseal. If you reseal it properly, this may actually solve the problem permanently

I've heard of guys putting a headlight in a 250 degree oven on a damp towel for 5 or 10 minutes at a time to slowly and evenly heat the whole assembly, then pry up the lens a bit, put it back in the oven to get it hot again, pry it up some more than back in the oven, and repeat until the lens is off.  Do the same thing in reverse to melt the lens back on.

Have never done this myself, but it sounds like a pretty good idea.  The lens must be hot-glued on.

do they clear up by themselves after a while? if so i would just leave them alone. this is a normal condition and trying to split the lens and fix it yourself isnt something id try if you dont work on cars enough to feel comfortable doing it. as far as sticking it in the oven, that sounds a little crazy to me. pulling the lens and using a hair dryer could work but its easier just to let the car run with the high beams on to get some heat in them
