I have a 1999 BMW MZ3 and a small problem that someone might be able to help me with? I recently had a shop remove my BMW 6 pack cd player, for and estimate of repair. I drove home and decided that I would not have it repaired and go with a Iphone for a music library. and boy is the trunk now bigger! So I stopped and locked the car remotely several times , upon arriving home removed the bracket covered the ends of the two plugs placed the wires behind the trunk wall , all done! I then how I do not know set off the panic alarm when locking the car? Locking it ten seconds later and the alarm goes off . normally it beeps once for lock twice for unlock! Now it beeps three times and will now only lock all doors and trunk with the key. I anyone can help me, I have the Bentley Manual can't see anything in there as well
Then car is latter half of 1999 with traction control got it two years ago with 9,500 klm and have amassed 18,500 klm to date truly my pride and joy
