hi. im brand new to the bmw scene. story is i lucked out on friday, was lookin for a new job and got offered one in the parts dept. of a local dealership but i dont have a clue of any of the parts numbers etc. if any one can give me a quick crash course id b real grateful

the dealership uses this ETK (electronic parts catalog) software that has all the list of parts on all bmw models. maybe you can find this on ebay.
