Post No heat. I NEED heat!

So i just replaced my thermostat and thermostat housing. I have hot heater hoses until they go under the intake manifold. Going to the heater core (firewall) the hoses are cold. It's getting to be 30's here in Utah and i need heat. No heat, No dates! I need this fixed STAT! What is under the manifold that takes my heat away? BTW, i have an E30 325E

the most likely cause of a slow warm up is still the thermostat stuck open or it is missing. a quick check for a missing or stuck thermostat is to squeeze the upper hose immediately after starting a cold engine. no coolant should be felt flowing through the hose. if the coolant flows, the coolant is open or missing.

So i took a heat gun to the tubes and found that it is the heater control valve and or heater core. I guess i'll get a new dash while im at it.
