Under warm conditions, temperature above 60, the only warning light appearring is "Brake Lights" on the overhead display on my '83 533i. I tap brake pedal and warning light goes out. When outside temps fall below 55 or so, "Tail Light", "License Plate Light", and siometimes "Coolant Level" lights come on as well. After car warms up, I can shut it off, restart, and these warning lights do not appear. I just purchased part #61 31 1 368 324 bulb trsting device. It is a 14 pin relay but I can't locate the old one on my car. Where the heck is this thing located?
