Hi,
I am using a wheelchair and I have a 2007 BMW 330i Convertible automatic.
The steering is extremely heavy for me as I have limited body strength, and it is indeed a lot heavier than my previous 2001 325Ci. I contacted BMW and they could not help. Does anybody have any suggestions what I can do to make the steering lighter – a new servo that will fit with little modification perhaps or changing the piston size on the brake cylinders? If so, to what? Has anyone done anything similar. I could do with your advise so that I don’t have to sell it. I understand that my warrantee will be invalid but it is worth it to me so that I may continue driving this wonderful vehicle
