Post slow battery drain

I have an electrical problem that is frying my brain. Relay K3 is warm to the touch and electrically hot when key is off. This remains so even if I disconnect ignition switch, discon alternator, discon SRS module. Wiring diagram shows power for this relay comes from fuse 1, and fuse 1 shows 7.6 milli volts with key off. If I remove the fuse, I get 6.5 mv on one side and 7.6 on other side. There must be a back circuit or short somewhere, but I can't seem to figure out a way to trace it. Any ideas most appreciated. Please note: I have traced the wiring and in an attempt to find problem have disconnected the ignition switch, the SRS module both plugs, fuse #1, the instrument cluster and removed relay K2 (horn). Still have 12.3 volts at pin 86 of K3 relay socket! I see nothing else in this circuit, so I'm guessing a wiring short somewhere. Any ideas? confused

Fixed! Thought someone else might have this problem so here is my fix. Relay K3 had been replaced with a after market relay which had the wrong internal wiring so that the battery supply voltage was feeding the coil section of the relay rather than being ready to switch on. Replaced relay with correct type and problem solved. I stumbled onto the fix when troubleshooting because my hand felt that the relay was hot to the touch with everything turned off. Hope this helps some one. boogie
