  Speakers over rated for stereo? I have a 95' 318is, bought from my dad. Now, the PO who had the car before my old man did some sound system work. He put in a Pioneer Premier misfit 50wx4 deck and in the back, right up behind the seats, he installed two Earthquake Focus speakers. Rated at 400 watts. The stereo won't go significantly loud, and the sound quality is so so, is that because the speakers are more powerful then the deck? Any thoughts on this one would really help! Thanks John |
