Post Stop + fog light not working

Hope someone can help me

This is my first post on here

The rear fog light and stop light have stoped working(passanger side) the drivers side are working fine

Is there a seprate fuse or relay for each side?

I don`t have a manual,so not sure what fuse or relay to check for

And why would the stop light and fog light stop working at the same time?

Iv checked with a volt meter to see if there is any power going though the stop light and the fog light and there`s no power there, the other lights are fine(I put the volt meter to the conecter block,so i know the light unit is ok)

I can`t see that any fuse has blown(would help if i knew what fuse it was)

Anyone had this or any idea what it could be,or let me know what fuse to check in the fuse box

Many thanks

Pete

sad to say i can't find information (especially on fuse assignments) about your car. you need a third person to check the functionality of the brake lights by kicking on the pedal while measuring the supply. Smile nahhh i'm sure you've done that....

It is most likely a Fuse. Alot of lights on BMW's work on the same fuses. I dont have access to Euro spec car information but US spec cars work on fuses. If that makes sense.
