Post Suspension Springs Shocks Struts Bearings

I have a 1998 318i. I need rear shocks front struts and rear springs. I was informed by my mechanic I should get Bilstein. Problem is Bilstein  doesn't make springs. Which combo would you guys pick?

 H&R springs w/ Bilstein
 Eibach spr w/ Bilstein
 Koni spr w/ Bilstein

or are there any complete kits that you would reco. I am not paying 1470 for bilstein coil overs for sure!

Oh and my rear left wheel bearing is bad..should i DIY or let the mechanic do it? He said he is going to charge me 133 for the equipment alone.....but when i look up bearing the only thing remotely close is the bearing and hub combo on AutohausAZ.com.
 Help me out here guys.

Did you purchase all the equipment yourself? was it just the springs or all the suspension equipment?

I need someone to give me complete instructions on all the equipment I must purchase to replace front struts rear shocks and springs all around. I keep talking to peol ehere in hawaii and I get a different answer everytime. Some guy quoted me some 1300 in equipment yeaterday!! That sounds like bs. Im not buying coil overs for crying out loud! lol

you need a workshop manual like the TIS to perform the job yourself. the software is quite helpful on starters and may save you lots of your time and money.
